Buying at Beautik is easy and simple, just follow these steps:

1.3. Shopping Cart.
Add to the shopping basket the item you wish to buy and choose whether you want to continue shopping or process the order.
1.4. Shipping costs.
Please tell us which province you live in so that we can calculate the shipping costs!
1.5. Continue shopping, finish purchase.
If you want to continue shopping repeat the search process, but if you want to process the order now, click on "Checkout" in the shopping cart.
1.6. Personal data.
To start processing the order you have to indicate your personal data and the delivery address of the order.
1.7. Data confirmation.
Make sure that the shipping and billing address are correct.
1.8. Payment method.
Select a payment method: credit card or PayPal.
1.9. Checking the order.
Check that your order is correct and confirm it.
1.10. Order confirmation and collection.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and payment.
All products are new and are presented in their original packaging or seal. The products match the images, except in those cases where there is an error with the photo that appears on the website. The products are the same that you can find in any of our Beautik stores. Also remember that we are official distributors in Spain and Andorra of the brands we sell.
2.1. Colors of the products
All the cosmetic products have their color and in addition it is possible to be visualized with greater size, doing zoom in the image of the product. Due to the visualization of the color in the monitor and depending on the adjustments of the same one a variation of color with respect to the reality can exist. We cannot accept changes or returns because the color is not the same as expected. Likewise, cosmetic and beauty products do not have a return guarantee covered by law due to their nature as consumer goods. Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to quality problems or damage during transport.
The prices shown include VAT and are valid for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer will be responsible for indirect taxes. Prices do not include shipping costs. The prices shown are valid except for typographical error and until end of stock. Prices may vary without prior notice. All sales are made with their corresponding ticket or purchase invoice that you will receive together with the order. Products are available for sale while stocks last.
Ordering at Beautik is very easy.
4.1. How do I know that I have made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department by email at email@example.com
4.2. Can I know when my order is ready?
Yes, when your order is ready and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number of the carrier.
4.3. Can I remove items from the order?
No, if you have processed and accepted the order. Yes, in the preview of the order, in the shopping basket you can remove any product before accepting your order.
4.4. What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
In Beautik we only sell items in perfect condition and 100% original. Do not accept the delivery if the package is open, crushed or defective and return it to the carrier who makes the delivery. 6. Shipping and delivery times.
The delivery time depends on the destination:
Spain peninsula 24 hours
Balearic Islands between 24-72 hours.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla approximately between 9 and 11 days,
Portugal approximately 5 to 7 days.
Europe depending on the area between 9 and 15 days.
Portuguese Islands approximately between 9 and 15 days.
The delivery of your order in the address indicated by you, will be notified by the transport by means of a notice SMS to your mobile (this service does not have any cost for you)
The amount of shipping costs is automatically calculated at the time of your order, depending on the destination and the total of your purchase.
6.1. How much do I have to pay in shipping costs?
For shipments to Spain (Peninsula):
The shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order. The delivery time from our warehouse will be 24 hours from the reception of the order (in working days), as long as the product is available in stock. The delivery time by the carrier will depend on the route they take (calculating a minimum of 24 hours to the collection in our stores and a maximum of 48 hours)
For shipments to (Balearic Islands):
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order. The time of departure from our warehouses, will be 24 hours to the reception of the order (in working days), provided that the product is available in stock. The delivery time by the carrier will depend on the route they make (calculating a minimum of 48/72 hours to the collection in our stores and a maximum of 96 hours)
For shipments to (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla):
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order and are subject to indirect taxes, customs and SAD when applicable.
The time of departure from our warehouses, will be 24 hours upon receipt of the order (in working days), provided that the product is available in stock. The delivery time by the carrier will depend on the route they take (calculating a minimum of 9 days to the collection of our warehouses and a maximum of 15 days) provided that the product is available in stock.
For shipments to other countries:
There is the possibility that Beautik send products to other countries depending on each country. To do this, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the country of destination and we will reply as soon as possible.
At this time we are already able to make shipments to Europe, the goods will be sent by Transport Agency, delivery times will fluctuate depending on each country of destination, being the deadline set between 10/15 days. The prices of the shipment are applied by volume of purchase and current rate.
At the end of our general conditions (section 10), we detail our transport rates based on your purchase order. When you increase the purchase, the amount of the transport decreases.
6.2. Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, send it to someone else, etc., but never at a post office box).

7.1. What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, or PayPal.
7.2. For what reason can my credit card be rejected?
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card may be expired, first check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
- It is possible that some of the data entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
7.3. Is it safe to use my credit card on our website?
Yes, the data is transmitted in encrypted form to the bank that makes the payment, so Beautik at no time receive, see or have your credit card data.
Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to quality problems or an error on the part of our stores. To return an item, we need its original packaging, verify that it has not been manipulated and its corresponding invoice that you received in the shipment.
To return an item you must request a return through email@example.com, once studied the return, you must send us a picture of the product and the purchase invoice via e-mail to proceed with the approval and sending of a new unit.
Returns of products purchased at Beautik online can only be returned to the online store. They cannot be returned to any of our Beautik stores.
Returns of products on promotion.
All promotions, whatever it is, involve a discount, this discount may vary depending on the promotion to apply.
In case of return of products affected by a promotion, the amount to be paid will be the proportional to the promotion subscribed.
8.1. What is the deadline for making a return?
The deadline for any return is 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the products you have received have some manufacturing defect or preparation error of our stores.
8.2. Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Returns to Beautik will be free when the goods have reached the recipient with a manufacturing defect or an error in the preparation of our stores.
8.3. How will I receive the amount of my return?
Once approved the return (as a rule of our company), you will receive another unit of the same item at no cost. There is also the option of returning the amount paid by transfer.
8.4. When will I receive my refund?
When we receive and approve the return (remember, the products and their packaging must be in perfect condition) you will receive an email requesting a Bank Account number to make the return via Bank Transfer, the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.
8.5. What can I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Beautik reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received and sent.
Non-electric products (makeup, brushes, nail polish, etc.). These products are not guaranteed due to their nature as consumer goods.
