Buying at Skin Generics is easy and simple, just follow these steps:

Discover all the products we offer, with just one click you can access the product photo, price, description, benefits, breakdown of the active complex, etc.
1.3. Shopping Cart
Add the item you wish to buy to the shopping cart and choose if you want to continue buying or processing the order.
1.4. Continue shopping, finalize purchase.
If you want to continue shopping, repeat the search process, but if you want to process the order, click on “Make Purchase” in the shopping cart.

Placing an order in Skin Generics is very simple and fast.
4.1. How can I know that I have made my purchase well?

4.2. May I know when my order is ready?
Yes, when your order is ready and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the carrier's tracking number.
4.3. Can I remove items from the order?
If you have processed and accepted the order, we cannot remove it from the system. If you are in the preview of the order, in the shopping cart you can remove any product before accepting your order.
4.4. What should I do if a defective or damaged item arrives?
In Skin Generics we only sell items in perfect condition and 100% original. Do not accept delivery if the package is open, damaged or defective. In that case, return it to the carrier that makes the delivery. The delivery time by the carrier will depend on the route they make (calculating a minimum of 24 hours to pick up in our warehouses and a maximum of 48 hours)
For shipments to (Balearic Islands):
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing your order. The delivery time of our warehouses will be 24 hours upon receipt of the order (in working days), provided that the product is available in stock. The delivery time by the carrier will depend on the route they make (calculating a minimum of 48/72 hours to pick up in our warehouses and a maximum of 96 hours)
For shipments to (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla):
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing your order being indirect taxes, Customs and DUA charged to the customer when applicable.
The delivery time of our warehouses will be 24 hours upon receipt of the order (in working days), provided that the product is available in stock. The delivery time by the carrier will depend on the route they make (calculating a minimum of 9 days to the collection of our warehouses and a maximum of 15 days) provided that the product is available in stock.
For shipments abroad:
We are constantly working so that you can purchase Skin Generic products from anywhere in the world. Currently, we are ready to ship to Europe. The merchandise will be sent by the Transportation Agency, delivery times will fluctuate depending on each country of destination, the deadline being between 10/15 days. Shipping prices are applied by purchase volume and current rate. If the country to which you wish to receive your Skin Generics products is outside European territory, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify that we can ship.
At the end of our general conditions (section 10), we detail our transport rates based on your purchase order. Increasing the purchase decreases the amount of transport.
6.2. Where I can get my order?

Returns of products purchased from Skin Generics online can only be returned in the online store.
8.a. Returns and payments of products in promotion.
IMPORTANT: All promotions imply a promotional discount that falls on the products purchased. In case of return and payment of one or more products within an order under a promotion, the amount to be paid for said products will be the corresponding to the price paid by him in the promotion.
8.1. What is the deadline to make a return?
The deadline for any return is 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, as long as the products you have received have a manufacturing defect or preparation error of our warehouses.
