What ingredients do our products contain?

SKG Labs products are formulated with high efficiency cosmetic assets, combining natural and biotechnological ingredients. Each formula includes a high percentage of assets indicated in the container, such as hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, peptides, retinol, vitamin C, glycolic acid, among others.

In addition, we avoid the use of controversial ingredients such as parabens, oils
minerals or sulfates. You can consult the complete list of ingredients (INCI)
on the card of each product on our website.

Are our products vegan?

All Skin Generics products are 100% vegan. They do not contain ingredients of animal origin or derivatives, and are not tested in animals. Our commitment is to offer ethical and respectful cosmetics with both your skin and the environment.

Do they contain parabens or sulfates?

No, Skin Generics products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, mineral oils or controversial ingredients. We bet on an effective, safe and skin -respectful cosmetics.

How to use

How does the product are correctly applied?

For a correct application, follow these steps:

1. Cleaning: Clean your skin with an adequate cleaner before applying any treatment.

2. Sérum: Apply serum with dry skin, use a few drops and extend it with soft touches until its total absorption.

3. Cream: Continue with the specific cream according to your needs.

4. SPF: Use sun protection during the day if the product contains assets
photosensitive (such as retinol or acids).

How much product should I use?

The ideal amount depends on the type of product, but as a general rule:

Sérum: Between 2 and 3 drops are enough for face and neck.

At what time of day is it better to use the product?

It depends on the type of product and its active ingredients:

Antioxidant or moisturizing serums (such as vitamin C or hyaluronic acid): It is recommended to apply them in the morning, before moisturizing cream and sun protection.

Renovating treatments or with assets such as retinol or acids (glycolic, lactic, etc.): It is preferable to use them at night, since they can increase sun sensitivity.

Moisturizing creams and eye contour: They can be used both in the morning and at night, according to your routine.

Routines

How often should I use the product?

The frequency of use depends on the type of product and its formulation:

Hydrate or antioxidant serums (such as hyaluronic acid or vitamin c): They can be applied daily, tomorrow and night.

Sérums with retinol or exfoliating acids: it is recommended to start 2-3 times per week at night and increase according to the tolerance of your skin.

Moisturizing creams and eye contours: daily use, tomorrow and night.

Physical/chemical masks or exfoliants: between 1 and 2 times per week, depending on the skin type.

What is the best routine for beginners?

If you are starting in skin care, the ideal is to start with a simple but effective routine. These are the recommended basic steps:

Cleaning (tomorrow and night): Use a soft cleaner to remove impurities and prepare the skin.

Hydration: Apply a moisturizing serum (as one with hyaluronic acid), and then a moisturizing cream appropriate to your skin type.

Sun protection (in the morning): essential to prevent premature aging and sun damage.

Specific treatments (optional): Once your skin has adapted, you can incorporate assets such as vitamin C in the morning or retinol at night, starting little by little.

Can I combine different products?

Yes, in general, you can combine our products to enhance your care routine. However, it is important to take into account some points:

Sérums and moisturizing creams: You can use different types of serums according to the needs of your skin (for example, one moisturizer and another anti -wrinkle) and combine them with a moisturizer to seal moisture.

Acids and retinol: If you are using a retinol product or exfoliating acids, we recommend using them on alternate nights to avoid irritations. Avoid combining them in the same routine.

Sun protection: It should always be the last step of your routine in the morning, especially if you are using assets such as retinol or acids.

It is advisable to introduce new products gradually to make sure that your skin tolerates them properly.

How long does it take to send an order and what is the delivery period?

Orders are prepared and sent within 24 to 48 working hours from payment confirmation. Once sent, the delivery period varies according to the destination:

- Spain (Peninsula): between 24 and 72 working hours.

- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: between 3 and 5 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary according to the destination and the amount of the order:

- Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping for orders greater than € 30. For lower orders, the cost is € 3.50.

- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Free shipping from € 75. In lower orders, the approximate cost will be € 17.50. Anyway, it will be calculated exactly in the purchase process.

The cost depends on the country of destination and will be displayed during the purchase process.

Do we offer international shipments?
