Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal:The user is entitled to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and for this it has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without penalty for their exercise; The consumer reimbursement of the total purchase amount should be made, that is, the price of the product plus shipping costs, within 14 days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the user/consumer. In relation to shipping costs for the return of the products, they will be in charge of the user-consumer. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is not subject to any formalism. The consumer will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of them different from that necessary according to their nature, their characteristics or their operation, without being limited its right to the exercise of the latter. To carry out this right of withdrawal you can send an email with your order number (to obtain reimbursement of the amount of the product/s within the maximum period of the fourteen (14) calendar days following the receipt of the order) together with your contact data. You can send us through the mailonline@skingenerics.comor by postal mail (by any means admitted in law), always within 14 calendar days to the reception of the order. From this period, it may only request the return or change of the products for technical reasons subject to the guarantee of said product/s.

You must return the product with all the elements with which it was delivered, without damage or wear marks of any kind, and that does not denote an inappropriate use of the good or different from the nature of the same to the direction that we have provided.

It is recommended to return in its original packaging, in case it is not possible, the product could suffer a depreciation in its value. The client will be responsible for the packaging and protection of the products he sends, as well as the expenses derived from the shipment.

Provided that the products are returned within the period of 14 calendar days, without damage or marks of any wear and complying with the requirements established in this section, we will reimburse the total amount of the purchase.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the contracts that refer to the supply of prevented goods that are not suitable for being returned for reasons for health protection or hygiene and that have been despised after delivery.

 

2. Return by mistake in the order by Future Cosmetics Labs, S.L.: When the product does not correspond to that of the order, due to some error attributable to the company, the user must communicate it by mail to the company as soon as possible; FUTURE COSmetics Labs, S.L. It will run with the collection expenses of the product sent by error and delivery of the corresponding to the order made.

 

3. Verification of returns: The verification and verification of the products subject to return will be in charge of FUTURE COSmetics Labs, S.L. That, once in its facilities, it will verify that they are received complying with all the requirements established in section 9.1. In case of missing any of the elements, we would communicate in writing via mail indicating the content that is missing.
